Three things the figures do not say on their own

The sum of the companies is not the group figure.
Adding up the operating revenue of each company gives a higher total than the group's 1,498.4 million. The consolidated accounts remove internal turnover between the companies. The group figure is the correct one to state publicly.

Wal Media stands apart.
The company reports 840.2 million in operating revenue with 23 employees. That is media agency economics: buying advertising space on behalf of clients passes through the accounts as both revenue and cost of goods. The group's cost of goods of 1,151.8 million tells the same story. The figure says little about value created and a good deal about volume passing through.

The number of employees depends on what you count.
The group has around 200 full-time employees. The public register, by comparison, lists 1,173 registered employees across the companies, with Retail Factory at 399, Just Cruzin' Production at 384 and Wal at 299. The difference is contracted and part-time staff, mainly event crew. The register figure says more about how many people pass through in a year than about how many work here day to day. The group's total payroll cost in 2025 was 241.6 million, of which 183.1 million was salary.
