Tore Aase

b. 1967

Tore is the eldest of the three children of Brita Tynning Aase and Audun Aase, and grew up in Bergen, where his father was chief engineer at Bergen Lysverker and his mother a teacher. Summers and family gatherings took place at Søndre Valler in Eidanger, with grandparents, uncles and cousins.

As a grandchild of Lasse and Åshild he belongs to the western branch of the family — the one that led the line back to the county it came from.
